Welcome to MiniJoy: Kids ABC & Азбука ("MiniJoy", "we", "our", or "us"), developed for children and families. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of our young users and providing a safe, enjoyable educational environment.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information in strict accordance with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information Collection and Use

• We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
• MiniJoy does not require any account registration, email address, child's full name, birth date, phone number, or physical address.
• All game progress (including earned stars, collected stickers, custom avatar name, sound preferences, and language selection) is saved strictly locally on your device via offline local storage. None of this data is ever transmitted to external servers or third parties.

2. Device Permissions

MiniJoy does not request or access any sensitive device permissions:

• ❌ NO Location access (GPS or network)
• ❌ NO Camera access
• ❌ NO Microphone or audio recording access
• ❌ NO Contacts or phone state access
• ❌ NO Advertising ID (AAID / AD_ID) tracking

The only permission requested is standard INTERNET solely for loading standard system web assets and family-safe ads.

3. Advertising and Google Play Families Compliance

• MiniJoy displays contextual family-friendly banner advertising via Google AdMob, an officially certified Google Play Ads SDK for Families.
• In strict compliance with the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA, and GDPR-K:
  • Google AdMob is initialized with tagForChildDirectedTreatment: true and maxAdContentRating: 'General' (G rating).
  • All requested advertisements are strictly Non-Personalized Ads (NPA).
  • The Android Advertising Identifier (AD_ID / AAID) permission is explicitly removed.
  • No behavioral tracking, profiling, or remarketing of children is performed.
• Parents can permanently disable all advertisements through the one-time in-app unlock purchase.

4. Parental Gate and In-App Purchases

In compliance with Google Play's Families Policy guidelines:

• Any feature that links outside of the application or initiates an in-app purchase is protected by an adult-only Parental Gate (an adult verification challenge that children cannot easily solve).
• In-app purchases are securely handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. We never process or store your payment details.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

MiniJoy strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because our application does not collect any personal data whatsoever, parents can be fully confident in their children's safety while using MiniJoy.
